The mock exam results were back, and the biggest disppointment was of Bio and Physics. However, some unexpected results came about, like Geography Elective.
Here's my results (so far):
Bio 60.0
Physics 63.3
Chem 65.0
Geography 21/25; 39/50
E Maths 68.5
A Maths 68.8
EL 20/25 Compre
Summary and SS papers yet to be returned.
I shall not go about complaining, but rather, learn from some hard falls I've taken. What's done is done, and on paper, it seems my L1R5 has improved, looking at 15, my initial target of the mock exams. And so this is a fragile stepping stone but I'll build a stronger and safer stepping stone from Prelim 2 in order to land my feet on safe haven after O levels.
Target: 10. Might as well aim high for Prelims.
And also, on a brighter note, EL oral and the next evening, a practice oral session with Miss Raksha, as I had a horrible one the day before. And I made up for it with 35. So cheers to English, I guess.
National Day Celebrations coming up and have to run 4.0km at east coast. Everyone keeps asking me "how do I do it?", just keep running. I never realized how I've kept to a moral value of being resilient, but that's what keeps me going. Wish me luck.
And National Day is ruined with tuition and Senior Leader interviews. Oh yeah, I joined a new tuition for A Maths as I plan to stop at term 4 for novel learning centre cos there's no point in pushing all the way till december, called M****, and I think the worksheets are great. Max Aaron asked me why is the tuition not effective and I think it's a need of practice and most importantly, love for Maths to drive us through. Hoping to drive passion into my revision.
And National Day's great time to catch up on Physics and Bio.
MT results next tuesday. O_O
Scared to my knees, but again, what's done is done.
Oh well, like what the CEo of Alexander Hospital, "S*** happens."
God Bless and Peace.
