Hey,
yesterday was SATURNday and also my dad's birthday, so went to my grandparents' house and have a hearty steamboat dinner. Watched Just For Laughs after that! Mummy, it's over! :)
But before that, went to Hinghwa Methodist Church for camp briefing. I tot briefing would take at least an hour, so Samuel's dad fetch us there 20 min late. Not knowing 5 min later, it ended. ARRRR, that's wad i call time used wisely.
Back to home, we 3 siblings watched Asian Idol and Mike from Indonesia was the bomb, physically and vocally. Since you can vote for 2 countries, I support Malaysia and Indonesia. :D
After that, they were showing this movie called The Pledge, starring Jack Nicholson. It's about this retired cop who made a promise to the mother of a murdered child, but goes way too far into keeping it. He becomes paranoid and stuff like that, but meets a mother and her child, who could bring her to the real killer. So he calls the police and they await his arrival in bushes.
This is the TWIST i love.
The killer who was actually on the way there met with a serious accident and was burnt to death, with agonizing pain shown on his charcoal face. JUSTICE. But when the killer didn't arrive (cos' he's dead), they all think Jack Nicholson's character is wrong and all abandon him. AND HE GOES MAD, thinking the killer's still alive.
Moral of the story: Read the news.
Peace.
